Tastefully refurbished, the Villa is very private and located on the East side of the prestigious and exclusive Cap d'Antibes midway between the Garoupe­ and Salis beaches, just 800 yards away. The villa is well appointed and kept in excellent order with very good furniture in light colours and cool marble floors down stairs with wide French oak floor boards at the Mezzanine level. The Villa is air conditioned with WIFI Internet broadband and satellite TV. Outside the Villa has a terrace, heated private pool with an electrically operated safety cover and supports off road parking for 2 cars. Restaurants of all standards are within walking distance or a short drive, the market in Old Antibes is a pleasant 20 minute walk and beaches are just a 5 minute walk away. The lively cafes and bars of the famous, Juan Les Pins are just a 20 minute walk across the neck of Cap d'Antibes.

Summary: The villa was exactly as described and provided excellent accommodation and facilities for a party of seven adults and children. It was very well presented and well equipped. The pool was a highlight as was the Alexa pod. We all enjoyed the quiet environment and our atolls from the property to the nearby beach. All the support staff, headed by Liz, were courteous and efficient. We were especially impressed by the the speed with which minor issues were resolved. Overall an excellent venue for a relaxing holiday.

Summary: I stayed here for a week with my husband, 1 year old and my parents. We all had an amazing time, the villa was perfect for us and also had everything we needed for our daughter. In particular the air conditioning was excellent which was a life saver in the current heat wave! Our hosts were so helpful and always quick to respond to queries. I would definately recommend this villa and we hope to visit again in the future.

Summary: The villa is well laid out with everything we needed for our family holiday consisting of 3 generations. The pool was a real hit as was the convenience of being able walk to the glorious beach and the old town of Antibes. Great restaurants were nearby with friendly staff. We were given a lovely welcome and nice send off by Liz. So all in all a perfect holiday. Thank you John.

Summary: The property was better than pictured and my family truly felt at home during our stay. The owner and property managers were very flexible to our requests and incredibly friendly and kind people. We hope to visit again next summer.
